Message from Bert

Hello Fellow Texans,

Since 2015 I have served with your support on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and would appreciate your vote for re-election.

My background for over 30 years as a trial and appellate lawyer and a state judge makes me uniquely qualified to protect the ideals of truth and justice with unwavering vigilance.

Having lived in 6 states and 3 foreign countries in an Air Force family, I gained a broad perspective of different cultures. San Antonio has been my home for over 40 years, where I reside with my wife of 35 years and our son.

My late father served as a USAF fighter pilot and flew 160 missions over Vietnam, and my mother continues to operate a fine art gallery.

As a conservative-minded jurist, my responsibility is to faithfully follow the laws and constitutions of Texas and the U.S.A.

I respectfully ask for your vote in the Texas Primary on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
